Home games
Dealer's choice games with wild cards, buys, passes and split pots, played at kitchen tables everywhere.
Home games are the variants played in private games, usually in a dealer's choice rotation where the dealer names the game for each hand. Many add wild cards, extra shared cards, card passing or the option to buy replacement cards. Rules vary from table to table, so the dealer should announce the version being played before the deal. The documents below set out the most common form of each game.
